Zeeshan Nasir Rathore | CHEIF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Zeeshan, is a seasoned engineer, with a master's in management and engineering, he has been running the company GVT for the last 10 years. He has many successful projects across the country including all the key segments: Government, Corporate, Education, and armed forces. Earlier in his career, he served as a key account manager at the Dhabi group and led the international marketing department at the federal ministry in Pakistan. His expertise in project management, lets him provide leadership and direction for new experimental projects. His vision and profound understanding of the industry have led him to many successful construction avenues.

Shoaib Afzal Malik | DIRECTOR

Shoaib, is the CEO of SA group and SA Gardens, a housing society at GT Road, developed on more than 10,000 kanals, one of the very successful avenues in the region of Punjab for the last the 15 years. He is heading SA Group, containing, 15 different businesses, comprising of, Construction, Marble mines, Steel Fabrication, Software development, Real Estate, and Food chain restaurants. Shoaib is an aitchisonain and remained the founding team member of Mcdonald's and Metro cash and carry Pakistan.

Kashif S. Rana I CHEIF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Mr Kashif S. Rana is an FCMA (Fellow member of ICMA International), APFA (an Associate member of PIPFA Pakistan) and Lifetime member of LTBA (Lahore Tax Bar Association). He has 20+ years of diversified experience with Multinationals, Big national organizations and Consultancy services. He has served Construction, PEB Manufacturing, Furniture & Fixtures, Pharmaceuticals, Feed Mills, Trading and Service Industries in Pakistan. He has vast experience in managing EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) Projects. He has specialties in business process & planning, business expansion & startups, CAPEX/OPEX Budgeting, KPIs, SWOT / CSF Analysis, PMP, ERP & Taxation.

Rizwan Y. Cheema I DESIGN PRINCIPAL

Rizwan Yousaf Cheema is an experienced Interior Architect with a demonstrated history of working in the architecture and planning industry for more than 18 years. He has a Maters of Arts from National College of Arts (NCA), Lahore. He is a strong architect and interior design professional skilled in Hospitality sector, Residential, Mixed-use, Commercial, Retail. Rizwan has vast experience in his field and has excellent skills in AutoCAD, Photoshop and others.

Samar Tiwana graduated from University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore with Bachelors in Civil Engineering. He has over three years of experience in business development for the construction industry. His projects included special, residential and educational buildings, commercial and industrial buildings, complex steel structures. He has extensive experience in executing various contracts. He is an active member of Pakistan Engineering Council and conducts motivational conferences for young engineers on YPEG and CPD platform. During his business career, he participated in more than 400 construction and mechanical projects of various nature both in public & private sector.
